I streamed a Speed Run! and filmed it!

Well I just finished streaming a run of They Bleed Pixels.  I managed to do the whole game in 43 minutes 21 seconds.  Doesn't quite match my personal best time but I'm glad to finally have a speed run up on YouTube.

New Stream Schedule!

Getting sick and having some downtime isn't all doom and gloom as it's now given me some time to get a more concrete streaming schedule!  It will be as follows!

Saturday 9PM CEST
Sunday 9PM CEST
Tuesday 9PM CEST
Thursday 9PM CEST

I think you get the idea.  Also donations for me to stream in womens makeup for 5 hours was met a while back, so the date for that will be Tuesday 6th August, so tune in for that shit.

I'll be hoping to add more donation incentives soon too, so lets keep those donations going!  I'm also planning another 24 hour stream when I hit Final Fantasy 7, but that's a while off yet so there will be more details on that later.

Return of the Stream!

You may have noticed over the last few days that I have not been streaming, well there are a number of reasons for that.

First, and most importantly, the guys over at Speed Demos Archive were doing a charity marathon for Doctors Without Borders that I've been pretty much glued to.  They raised over $250,000 and put on a wonderful display of Speed Running goodness with some particularly memorable moments that I'm sure will go up on YouTube in the near future, so go check out those highlights if you missed the marathon.

The other reason for me not streaming or recording anything is that I've been sick with a pretty bad cold, but I'm recovered now so I'll be back in business this evening!

Some blog updates

OK! Now that I've dealt with a personal issue and I've had some free time, I've been doing some stuff, not big stuff but it's something

First of all, I just wanna remind everyone they can follow me on twitter.  I'm @Taurinensis and I use it to say when I've posted and I usually put my little gaming comments on there too.

The second thing I did was set up an email account for this blog.  The address is identitygaming999@hotmail.co.uk so feel free to send a message, hate mail, requests for games to review etc.

The final update is that I've been playing around with streaming and recording videos.  I've come to the realisation that commentating videos games as I'm playing them is actually quite difficult.  Sure, I could do it technically, but I want it to be interesting, you know?  On top of that I'm having some issues with my streaming software, so there wont be any of that until I iron out the kinks. 

The twitter name and email I'll put on the sidebar after posting this.  I do have a TwitchTV account, but I won't put that up until I have a good stream available.
